great experience in functional assessment which include cardiovascular fitness tests (field and clinic tests), strength tests, body composition assessment.
Extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology and training methodology, olimpic weightlifting, ACSM and NSCA guidelines.
Practicing, instructor, and Karate Shotokan Black Belt, Practicing and Tricking Instructor (acrobatic martial arts).
Great desire to improve myself, working in full compliance with ethics and with other professionals.
Being followed by a personal trainer allows to easily reach your outcomes.
